“세계교회와 함께하는 도시산업선교회와 민중교회운동 ”

한국의 도시산업선교회는 세계교회협의회 10차 총회(부산한국)를 환영합니다. 한국도시산업선교 56여년의 역사적 주인공들의 만남과 세계교회 도시산업선교 활동가들의 이야기 나눔의 자리를 기쁘게 생각합니다.
여러분에게 부산에서 열리는 WCC 총회에서 도시산업선교회와의 만남의 자리가 새로운 시대를 열어가는 뜻 깊은 기회가 될 것입니다. 당신의 교단이나 국가의 도시산업선교를 대표하여 이 자리에 함께하여서 정보, 소통, 연대를 하고 네트워크를 형성하는 것은 부산 총회에서의 매우 중요한 시간의 일부가 될 것입니다.
먼저 “마당”에 “세계교회와 함께하는 도시산업선교회와 민중교회운동 ” 부스(EX 185. 백스코, 부산 컨벤션센터)를 마련하여 10월 30일(수)개막일부터 11월 8일(금) 폐막일까지 운영합니다. 마당에서는 한국도시산업선교와 세계노동자의 현실에 대한 안내와 전시를 합니다. 지금도 세계의 노동자와 민중들은 한국의 상징적인 도시산업선교회의 활동을 통하여 불평등한 현실을 극복하고 새로운 세계로 나가는 민중교회를 만날 수 있습니다.
전 세계에 걸쳐 한국도시산업선교회는 많은 문제 사례를(한진중공업 골리앗투쟁, 쌍용자동차 대량해고, 만연한 비정규직문제, 이주노동자 증가, 실업과 노숙자, 농민, 노점상, 용산철거민 참사, 평화의 섬 강정의 해군기지 반대투쟁, 핵폐기장 반대 등 등) 돌아보고 정부의 착취, 자본과 다국적기업의 횡포, 빈부격차의 심화, 공공산업의 사유화, 다양하게 직면한 국제적인 문제에 대안과 대응을 마련하기위한 장기적인 연대의 소통으로 네트워크를 만들고 오늘 우리에게 국제도시산업선교회의 필요성을 충족하는 자리입니다.
그리고 여러분을 “민중교회선교연합 일하는예수회 30주년기념예배. 11월 4일(월) 오후 2시 백스코, 이벤트홀”에 초대합니다. 이 자리에는 도시산업선교이야기 “성문밖 사람들” 출판 저자(인명진 목사)와의 만남의 시간도 있습니다. 당신이 도시산업선교인들의 만남과 축제의 자리에 “마당”부스, “30주년 기념예배”에 함께 할 수 있으면 우리는 기쁘게 환영 합니다.
“세계교회와 함께하는 도시산업선교회와 민중교회운동” 은? 노동자, 민중들이 인간답게 살기위한 모범 사례를 공유하고, 지원 네트워크를 결성하여 민중과 함께 하는 세계교회의 도시산업선교를 목표로 합니다. 우리가 함께 도시산업선교의 공동체로 뭉쳐서 힘차게 외침으로 새로운 세계교회와 아름다운 사회가 가능합니다. 정보사회의 당면한 노동자, 민중들의 소통문화와 소외의 문제를 세계교회가 인식하고 행동하는 지혜를 도시산업선교회와 민중교회를 통하여 발견하는 역할을 한국도시산업선교의 커뮤니티를 함께 가지고 할 수 있는 유용한 자리입니다.

“The Minjung Church Movement and WCC are Together in Urban Industrial Mission of Corea (UIM)
In behalf of the leaders and members of Urban Industrial Mission of Korea, I welcome you in Busan Korea for the 10th General Assembly of the World Council of Churches. I am very glad for this opportunity because we will able to share the story of church mission program for workers and marginalized in Busan city to the other people around the world with the same goals and perspectives. At the same time it is the time to meet the protagonists of the 56 years old UIM in Korea.
It is in my deep appreciation if you can come on the 4th of November at Bexco Convention Center at 2:00 pm. There will be worship s...ervice to be led by Jesus’s Workers Association in Korea and a book launching for the UIM in Korea.
The booth number of Minjung Church Movement UIM is EX 185. It is located at Bexco Convention center in Busan. It will open on Oct 30 and will be closed on November 8, 2013. It will serve as the booth for the exhibition for the 56 years of Urban Industrial Mission in Korea. This program would be a step to meet the people from different places, cultures and traditions and it will be a good opportunity because they can realize that the church through the UIM is not separate from them.
It is very interesting to talk the emerging is
ue now a day like the the struggle of big companies like Hanjin Heavy Industry that transfer its plant in Subic. Philippines. The mass layoffs in SsangYong motor. The increasing numbers of non-regular workers, migrant workers, unemployed, homeless. The popular clamor against the nuclear waste and armament, US naval bases in Kangjong village in Jeju is another issue that very alarming. And also the wide gap between the have and have not. These are the elements why UIM should continue her mission because the basic problems of our society are still in existent.
“The Minjung Church Movement and WCC are Together in Urban Industrial Mission“ The objective of the urban industry mission of the Church in the world is to share her best practices for workers, people to live like a human being, and to establish a support network, so the people can live and peace and justice. The new society with beautiful church is possible.
